COVID19 RESPONSE
Given the rapid advancement of COVID-19, we believe that now is a time to be proactive rather than reactive in minimizing personal direct contact wherever possible. In an effort to reduce the health risk to you, your families, and our families, and in conjunction with Massachusetts State of Emergency declaration (our primary office’s location), we have closed our physical offices as of Thursday, March 12th, until further notice.
How might this affect you?
While our physical offices may be closed, we remain open to conduct your business. Concord River Financial’s infrastructure has been electronically based since its inception. This allows a simple transition for our team to work remotely. All employees remain available by phone at our primary office phone number, (781) 404-7009, and via email.
In-person visits will be temporarily suspended. However, we will maintain our client meeting schedule via phone, Facetime, or Skype per your interest. If you currently have a personal visit scheduled, please anticipate a call from a member of our team to coordinate an alternative meeting method.
We anticipate a potential disruption with hard copy mailings. To minimize any delays, we encourage the use of electronic documentation via our secure email and electronic signature systems whenever possible. Our team will be available to assist with these features should you require any assistance.
